These little biscuit pizzas are great for a snack, appetizer, or a quick easy meal. They are loved in my house!!
What you will need:
large cookie sheet
table spoon for shaping biscuits
1 can of 10 biscuits
1 can of pizza sauce (I like Chef Boyardee pizza sauce with cheese)
Shredded mozzarella cheese (as much or as little as you want)
pizza toppings of your choice
Start by setting your oven to 450 degrees. This will give your oven time to heat up while you prepare the biscuits.
Spray your cookie sheet with the cooking spray.
Separate biscuits and place them on the cookie sheet with as much space between them as possible. Use the table spoon to press down the top of the biscuits, making little "bowls". Be careful not to make any holes in the bottom of the dough.
Use the table spoon to put pizza sauce in the middle of the biscuits. Fill the biscuit "bowls" just to the top of the biscuit. Full but not overflowing.
Next add the shredded mozzarella cheese and your pizza toppings to your biscuits. (I used pepperonis, jalapenos, and Jimmy Dean sausage)
Bake 8-10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Quick, easy, and yummy!!
